David Fogg

I love selling Real Estate!
Born in the mid- 60's in Burbank I went to Roosevelt Elementary, John Muir Jr High and I graduated  Burbank High School class of 1983. I attended various community colleges, graduated from Teen Challenge of Southern California and first started selling Real Estate in the difficult market of the early 90's. Prior to selling Real-estate I was a sales rep for Black Bart car alarms, I owned and operated a small market and deli at the corner of Grandview and Kenneth road and I sold industrial Plastics at Cadillac and Port plastics for several years. Feeling the call to Real Estate I first spent several years in construction and property management, which gave me a good knowledge of the physical aspects of property. During my almost 20 years selling I have served the Real Estate Community several ways. I was on the Board of Directors of my local Association for almost 10 years, I served as President of the Burbank Association of Realtors in 2001, I was a director with the California Association of Realtors and I serve on many local committees and boards. I met my lovely wife Bridget and we married in 1992. We attend Calvary Bible Church in Burbank where we serve in many areas and we also love going to movies and to Palm Desert. I have always been a "Car Guy" as well as a property guy and I currently love and cherish my 1962 Corvette which I have had for years as well as a few other classics. Real Estate was always a good fit for me I'm good at the daily problem solving, working with lenders, Title Companies, City Officials and of course our clients to achieve the common goal of closing escrow. My sweet father passed away in 2000 but I'm so blessed to be working with my wonderful mother Pat Fogg. I enjoy the company of my Sister Grace Miranda who also sells Real-estate with her husband Matthew as well as my other sister Lisa Cripps with her husband Cameron as well as my wonderful Nieces and Nephews.
